Tri-Tech/Kodera Machine Sales Ltd. is a leader in the rebuilding/reconditioning of Artos equipment.

We bring many years of combined experience in the sales, final assembly, sub-assemblies, wire, service and maintenance of Artos equipment.

We will take a machine and put it in "LIKE NEW" condition. A detailed process of disassembly, inspection, replacement of all worn parts, painting, wiring, and then final assembly goes into our rebuilds. These machines are put back in original factory condition, complete with a 6-month warranty. The machines are fully tested before shipment.

We also rebuild many of the main "Sub-Assemblies" on an exchange program. We will rebuild these assemblies while you continue to use your machine. When you receive the rebuild assembly you simply exchange it with your old assembly and ship it back to us on exchange.

The very compact Fiber Strip 7030fiber optic buffer-/coating stripper has been specially developed for use in the installation of building FO systems. The unit is however just as suitable for production floor stripping of buffered or coated fibers in use.

• Precision fiber-specific die-blades and centralizers jaws ensure optimum buffer and coating separation.
• Two heating elements heat up the fiber coating to be removed and enable buffer/coating to be stripped at a constant and minimal level of tension.
• All the relevant parameters for the stripping process can be set on a fiber-specific basis. Changes are easy and quickly made.
• The high precision of all the components and the integrated controls guarantee that the processing quality can be reproduced precisely.
