Wire Pre-feeders
Tri-Tech/Kodera now offers two wire pre-feeders as options to your current configurations.
Tri-Tech/Kodera CPD-03 Wire Prefeeder
The unit supplies the wire while straightening the wire from the bobbin. The speed is controlled automatically, so that smooth supply in ensured.
Tri-Tech/Kodera CAS OP-3 Wire Feeder
An automatic wire feeder unwinds only required length of wire by the action of a rotation sensor. The build in computer automatically controls the speed and the number of rotation in accordance with the speed of feeding.
Tri-Tech/Kodera CPF-05 Wire Prefeeder
Space reduction has been achieved by Tri-Tech/Kodera's unique space saving concept, Self-leaning function by means of double sensors and integrated computer will feed a wire to the machine neatly. It controls slack of wire and unique wire straightener improves the products quality. Furthermore, the great value of the processing and high work efficiency are realized by high speed wire feeding performance (Max. speed 3.3m/sec.)
Mechtrix MPF-35 Wire Prefeeder
The Mechtrix New MPF-35 Wire Prefeeding System is designed for removing wire from reels or barrels. The MPF-35 utilizes a unique pneumatic wire dampening system and a draw source controlled and maintained by PLC logic to handle the extreme acceleration of the newest generation of wire processing machines. The available reel lift device allows safe and efficient loading of large reels. These machines have been designed to run with both table-top and fully automatic wire processing machines.
Mechtrix MPF-33 Wire Prefeeder
The Mechtrix MPF-33 Wire Prefeeding System is specifically designed for use with bench top mounted wire processing machines. The prefeeder removes the wire from the reel and makes it immediately available to the wire processing machine. The MPF-33 features a unique combination pneumatic wire dampening and draw source tensioning system so only a single setting needs to be made based upon the stiffness of the wire being run. The available reel lift device allows safe and efficient loading of large reels.
